Seamm-Jasani: The Art of Eternal Youth. Follow this video guide to learn the fundamental 58 movements in this ancient Tibetan art of active relaxation and meditation in movement. 

We made this video for all those around the world who want to better understand this ancient technique for self-healing. Just by following these movements we can feel better, increase our energy, confidence, and both physical and mental well-being. 

This course is taught in two parts: First you will find the complete class, meant for you to follow once you have a good understanding of the movements. 

Second is an in-depth description of the movements, with different angles and alternate positions, to help you learn each of the movements in detail. 

There are three videos available to download. All three are the same course, they differ only in video quality and size. So if you have an excellent internet connection, download the Best Quality version. If you have a poor connection, you can download the Smallest version. If you're in the middle, use the Medium version.
