Try out these 20 minute introductory classes, in Seamm-Jasani, the gentle Art of Active Relaxation, and Boabom, the Art of Defense and Energy.
Both classes are suitable for anyone. Seamm-Jasani consists of slower, elongated movements, while in Boabom the movements are fast and powerful.
Both classes are taught by Yemado, director of the Boston School of Boabom.
